🏡🌷 Building a starter home with the new Base Game Update! 💸🌻 | Sims 4 Speedbuild 🔨
The items in the new base game update are stunning!! The kitchen counters are so pretty and the new windows and doors are great too, so I just had to try and build a starter home with the new items 😊
I ended up having to delete quite a few items and downsize the build partway through to keep on budget because damn it's hard to make a starter home budget look cute!! But I am happy with how simple the build is and how it turned out, and I hope it gives space for whoever plays in it to add items later and grow with their sims!

which shaders do you use? i love this build !!
Thank you so much 😍I use a slightly edited version of radiance by misslollypopsims which you can find here! misslollypopsims.tumblr.com/post/696591470964178944/radiance-shader-preset I specifically use the 'gameplay' preset for building and then the 'build screenshots' preset for screenshots and thumbnails!!
