After the Rings got buffed to 100 gems, it definitely bumbs it up to A tier. Also personally I would rank Mega Start as a C tier because the outcome of the match heavily depends on which mega you get. If you get Magical Shelly you are almost guaranteed top 5, while if you get El Tigre or Dragon Chicken, you are kinda screwed...

because the bandit is super good especially when you evolve her
You still have to collect the 14k gems in order to unlock the bandit from the event. You cannot super characters you haven’t unlocked.
Yes but once she is unlocked you can instantly get her super instead of her baby form (also stay tuned for a cheat on how to unlock bandit faster 😉)
Moist i found that glitch that if you have sunburn barbarian and if you have low squad you get another mega unit which is magical shelly so you have 2 mega units
