A fishy sleeper PC - crazy SFF ITX gaming PC build!
I wanted to make a PC in a unique case.
When I saw this fishing case / stool in the local thrift store, I knew straight away that would be one to build in!
It is just the look I was after, well used, right size and cheap.
The fishing gear / tacke I bought second hand to for a couple of Euro.
figuring out the layout, sourcing all parts, making custom brackets and cabeling etc was a real challange. However, it was supposed to be a challenging build, that was the whole point!
I hope you enjoy and appreciate this unique creation as much as I do!

The Locomotive from Lego City set 10219 - Maersk Train - is one of my favorites. I like how close it resambles the real EMD GP40. This loco was used by many different railroads, and had many with beautiful liveries. One of my favorite official Lego locomotives is the red diesel electric one from set 3677. I decided to add flashing lights for shunting operations! The loco, and lighting, is controlled with the standard Power Functions (PF) train remote that came with the set. This is the result! Wow, i remember i used to have these. I even found one but sadly without a right feet and a helmet
Parts can be easily bought, so if you want, you can make your one complete.
I think the best part about that is the lights

I thought the d16 was made of a copper plated metal brick pattern with a nickel boiler and blue cylinders. is this a special edition model or did you put the paint on yourself?
I made this one from 3 old and broken ones, plus some new spare parts. Paint scheme is mine, painted it myself.
@@whatsups3045 The paint is in impressive. you could easily trick someone into thinking wilesco painted it
@@TheWeavingBagel Thank you for the compliments! I disassembled the whole thing and stripped paint of completely. That makes painting easier and the finish better.
why did wilesco stop making this engine?
I do not know. I do know after this one, they made a red / brass / black colored version. I believe between 2006 - 2012. I really would like them to have decorated base plates similar to this one more often, makes the model look so much better IMO.

Nope, this is one of the first versions released. They stopped making these 2000 / 2001.
The train is based off a sd40-2
correct., that is why I like it so much, it looks alot like a real locomotive. One of the best locomotives Lego ever released IMO.

Sorry but it’s not an SD 40-2 it’s the general electric GP 40. The SD 40-2 has six axles per bogey, but the GP 40 has only four axles per bogey
