Thanks for such helpful advice and for covering strategies for both preventing and easing pain. It’s comforting to hear that others are going through the same thing, though you wouldn’t wish it on anyone ☹️ I have osteoarthritis at base of my thumbs/ wrist and really should have known better than to knit for 5-6 hours a day! I did the classic thing of ignoring the early warning signs and then suddenly the pain blew up! Particularly at night. I am using all your tips plus I have looked at tendinitis info as I think I have triggered this, so I’m also doing the RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation) thing and that seems to help. It’s scary that this can take potentially a long time to resolve so it’s “wait and see”. Thanks again for sharing. 🫶🏻

Great video! I had just been looking for vintage style patterns to knit and these look amazing. By the way, I think a cute term for the generic vintage style is time traveler style, I think the reproduction sewing brand Burnley and Trowbridge calls some of their scarves and fabrics time traveling scarves to say they look historical, but not of a specific era.

I’m a professional cake decorator for a grocery store, and we can do some amazing stuff with icing, but people are bringing in more and more ai inspiration photos to order cakes and they just do not make sense. Ai just doesn’t understand art at all and those that don’t understand it either fail to realize what an issue it is
