Food is awful there (talking cantina style - worst than McDonald's) and you can't do anything or go anywhere unless you pay for their "Preferred program" ($75 per person/day) or attend their 1H30 min sales pitch. Total ripoff. Overall, awful hotel.

I’m disappointed that we’re going in January. Purchased a package deal that included flight. We could potentially cancel the reservation, but will lose the money from the flight. The beach looks super rough. The ocean and pool water looks dark, and it seems to be so huge that walking for me would be an issue due to health. I also don’t like the fact that most restaurants are also accessible by the family side which means there will be children. Trust me...I’m a fan of children, but not when I am staying at a supposed Adult Resort. Thanks for all of your videos. They’re very helpful.

I have this room type booked for an upcoming stay. I fail to realize how this room type is “panoramic view” it looks the same as all the other rooms? It seems less desirable then a ocean view in my opinion.
