I wish people would differeniate between real hardwood (the kind you find in old homes) and engineered or laminate hardwood flooring. They are not the same. So if your floor is not the real, old hardwood, you should say so in your video so people will know your results may not be the same using it on other types of floors.

Thank you for this video, you saved me thousands of dollars. I did exactly what you said and the results were absolutely perfect. I added also Weiman's Polish on my new walnut engineered floors and I hate the look! We have a dog who made some scratch marks and I thought it would conceal them better but its only made it worse. Now they are shiny and I much prefer the matte look of it before and any scratches now show even worse. I live in Canada, so the products are much more expensive and harder to ship. Would you suggest the Zep Floor stripper?

I like the walking on glass look. Its just that it doesn't last.

Can you use this with engineered floors? I used Bona polish wax and it ruined my floors…they are dull and yucky

I ordered the exact product you recommended. It took a little doing to find the dissolver, but I managed to get it. My wife and I watched your video several times before we attempted cleaning our floors. We did everything just as you recommended, and the results were far better than we could have hoped for. Our floors look brand new! Thank you very much for putting this information together. I tried using another method that just ended up making the floors look worse. But, now... we are very pleased.

Myranda!! You are a God Send! I am going to try this on our engineered hardwood! I made a mistake and used Weiman's and they look hideous! Thankfully it seems it was only used once (we just bought the house a year ago). I can't wait to try this out and get the natural sheen back. I agree with you! I don't need to walk on glass either! This worked. I made the mistake of putting a coat on of wax and then discovered it crusting and pilling when I mopped. Argh. Luckily only one coat. Thank you so much. I followed your process exactly. It came off and is back to its normal sheen. Thank you. I wish I could brighten up the sheen. Maybe I am not cleaning it well?

Thanks for the video. I spoke with two floor technicians and both wanted over $700 to remove the wax. I did what you said, and the wax build-up is gone.😊

If you are using chemicals, wouldn't it be wiser to wear shoes instead of sandals? Just saying! You are wearing gloves to protect your hands, but protecting your feet is also important.

I've got black mold in a machine i got with the place I rented, I'm trying to clean it but the mold goes right through the system by the looks of it. The pipe which connects the draw to the drum is also full of mold, aside froma special tool to scrub those internal pipes I'm at a loss, I'm not even sure it's worth cleaning or just asking for it to be replaced? has the mold gone too far?

I was quoted $3500 to refinish my pre-finished hardwoods after 2-3 coats of Rejuvenate. It took longer than a minute to get the wax to come up, but after lots of elbow grease, the came to their original shine. They look brand new! It does make quite the mess! I had a roll of paper towels and a plastic bag handy to pick up the clumps of wax. I also vacuumed prior to using the sparkle. I steamed my floors, too. They now are amazing and in their original state!

Pull out your soap dispenser tray and you'll cringe. Its just as moldy. Just cleaned ours. Also pull off the 3 washer baffles inside the tub. Ours was absolutely disgusting. Thanx again for the informative video. Im cleaning the rubber boot liner next !!!

Girl, I’m exhausted just watching you do laundry. Just think about how less you have to work with all those wonderful appliances. When I had children at your age I was blessed with washer and dryer. But not as high tech. My grandmother did her washed and had to hang up everything on the clothesline. After bringing in her cloths she ironed everything except the cotton towels. What a difference we have progressed through the generations. Especially with 12 children to take care of.

I have the exact set of machines. The drawer pulls completely out and ALL the blue parts pop out the clean really good and you need to clean under the drawer. And in the bottom compartment there is a black tube that you are supposed to pull out that has a white plug on the end and that is how you drain the water out. You just don't pull the filter right out. Clean in the hole that the filter goes in with a baby bottle brush.

Can confirm, this works. Be very careful you don't drip Dissolver somewhere and let it sit. It WILL eat through the original coating and leave a dull spot. Otherwise, this is as easy as it looks. Follow the video. Also, I used a garden sprayer to distribute. If you do the same, don't be stingy! You want a tiny bit extra than "thin layer".

Okay for all you folks out there cleaning just that little boot doesn't do it. If you've ever had one of these apart, meaning completely apart, the entire outside of the drum is covered in glack.. the same glack that gets in the boot, covers the entire outside of the drum that you cannot see. That is the smell you get. So we need someone to come up with a way to clean the outside of the drum without having to take the entire washing machine apart.
