i have both.. the polar in my opinion is a much better choice all around. much easier to clean and also the camelbak leaks sonetimes.. not sure why.. Inprefer the polar.

Bikes online has been helpful, I retract my statement.

Try locking out the rear shock and having someone heavy sit on the bike whiile you try to remove the battery. This might remove some pressure on the battery.

Instead waiting response from bikesonline that taking too long to response

At first I was interested in the Camelbak, and then I heard that the Polar was better at keeping your water cold, longer. It seems like this comparison showed the opposite. I guess I have to go back to considering the Camlbak.

My SCUF trigger recently broke a few months ago. I tried to open it up myself, but the damn SCUF security screw was in my way. Not wanting to pay for SCUF repairs and shipping, I looked for weeks in stores and online to find a screwdriver that would work with it, but eventually gave up. Recently, I found someone on a website talking about this screwdriver in this set that can unscrew it, so I went to the link and bought the set. I finally got the set and went through through the screwdrivers and one actually worked. It was called the n-usa-8. I unscrewed the security screw and fixed that damn trigger that was making my SCUF unusable. You can actually get a screwdriver that works to unscrew the security screw on a Scuf. Just bought it a week ago and it worked perfectly, and now my trigger is fixed. found out that these "special screws" are just female E TORX screws

I WAS ABLE TO REMOVE THE SCREW WITHOUT BUYING ANYTHING! I searched everywhere for the tool that is meant to remove it, and the ONLY thing I found was a bit in a 103pc set that cost >$40 after shipping. NO guarantee that it was the right bit either, just some guys word on a forum comment. Literally NOTHING else exists, it's some BS proprietary screw used by Scuf. I managed to manually twist the fucking damn screw (can you tell I hate it) out using two knives! It was absolutely painstaking and slow af but you can stick the knives on 2 sides of the screw to slooowwlllyyy force it to turn. Kind of wedge the point of the knife into the spaces between the protrusions on the screw.

Just so people know, the security screw that Scuf uses is *NOT* an E-Torx or "Gamebit" because those are 6-splined designs and this screw is a 5-spline. I can't find a name for it but it might be similar to some security fasteners found on cable boxes. If my mill and lathe were up and running I would start making and selling sockets to remove these things. Until then I am going to keep searching for a solution that I can purchase. Don't waste your money buying screwdriver bit sets because none of them will have what you need.

Congrats on your buy! Make sure you always land softly, since if you land hard on a hard surface, the Solo might bounce and flip over.
