If you had asked anyone who lives around Dartmoor then we would have told you to stick with the Golf, there are some nice open roads but the turns are too sharp and the dips aggressive for anything over 60mph....then there's the animals that just walk into the road no matter how loud the engine

I still have one of these here in Australia, a 2001 dark green 2.0 litre petrol Privilege model in immaculate condition. Mine has just clicked over to 340,000km (211,000 miles), still runs perfectly. Absolutely no issues with mine, even the electric sunroofs still work. Such a great car to drive!

Be careful about showing number plates and the car they are on. The cloning of number plates is getting out of control in the UK now, and the hassle generated for you if your plates are cloned by some little scrote is unreal.
