Was für ein Drecks Hotel. Waren dieses Jahr dort. Nie wieder. Das war das schrecklichste Hotel in dem wir bisher waren. Nur noch für Einheimische!

The worst hotel in Cancun, Rude front desk, except for Axel …rude concierge, rude maids. No smoking anywhere on resort you have to go to the front of the hotel and sit on staircase. Feels like you’re at work on a smoke break. So ghetto. No entertainment, no food after 11pm unless you pay for it. Nothing works, not the wifi not the tv not anything and I was in a suite. The food sucks. I was sick for 2 weeks after I came back. Security is a joke 2 dudes snuck into the private pool area and started having sex. They will charge you a cleaning fee for even the littlest spill anywhere in the room. If they catch you smoking it’s 250$ US .. Most stressful Hotel I have ever stayed at. STAY AWAY YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. DON’T make the same mistake.

Posto davvero schifoso, appena tornati, trattati molto male, all inclusive inesistente, nascondono le bottiglie e servono bevande allungate con acqua calda, intrattenimenti di scarsissima qualità e tutti a pagamento, personale ignorante maleducato. Ogni cosa che fanno è per spillare soldi ai turisti, luogo da incubo. Perderanno turisti in pochissimo tempo. Da evitare assolutamente. Non è solo la mia testimonianza, ma quella dei passeggeri di tutto l'aereo. l'Egitto è da cancellare dalle rotte turistiche. Bocciato su tutti i fronti.😢 Cibo da epatite 2:03 . Un attentato alla salute.

Beautiful resort! Have heard/ read that there are many steps. How is this resort for someone with mobility issues? If I have to reach the reception area and then to a room and to the restaurant for breakfast, roughly how many steps do I have to climb and roughly how long will I have to walk? Please reply at the earliest.

Daha otelin odasındaki TV Lee dedem zamanindan kalma tüplü televizyon ha ha ha ne hotelmis ya 1 yıldız bile verilmez. Odadaki buzdolablari çalışmaz banyo tuvaletler leş gibi bok kokusu odayı sarmış bok kokusuyla uyumak nasıl merak edenler hemen rezervasyon yaptırın
