Testing The Donald Trump Assassination Attempt - WHAT WENT WRONG⁉️

In this video we took our Fierce Rogue 22 Creedmoor out to the country to give the @backfire shooting challenge a try. We hung gallon water jugs on 3 foot pieces of rebar ranging from 100 yards to 500 yards in a field. We sighted the rifle in with Hornady 80gr ELD-X rounds then took one shot a time at each target. A milk jug is roughly the size of the kill zone (vital zone) for a deer or other ...

    Was the 6.5 Creedmoor developed to compete with the .270win? I think not... like saying the .338 Lapua is superior to the .300win mag. Duh

  • @crashcopterman
    @crashcopterman День назад

    The 270 is great, but remember it’s also using about 25% more powder to come up with those numbers and when you really want to play and stretch it out the 6.5CM pulls away. Again, play, hunting it’s equal turf.

    Wind drift has entered the chat... But in all seriousness both rounds perform extremely well no real reason to swap unless you're getting into precision long range shooting.

  • @winchester7391
    @winchester7391 День назад

    lol, if you already have a 270 don’t trade it for a 6.5CM. They are very close in performance until the high BC becomes more relevant. No reason to waste energy campaigning against CM Cartridges. We know, your truck brand is better than mine. 😂simple thinkers…

    Out of a 13” barrel the 277 fury is doing 2600fps with a 135gr bullet and it has a higher bc than a 147 and 150gr 308 which both need longer barrels to get to that 2600 fps. How then can the 308 be dropping less when it has a lower bc? It can’t, so if the velocity is even greater with the number you gave 308 would be dropping a whole lot more at 400 yards. Also energy would be similar at 400 with the slight edge to 277 fury if they’re both doing 2600 fps at the muzzle

    Hallelujah- someone talking SENSE. I don’t own a Creedmore and not because I’m a hater but because I have two .270’s. Why would I buy something lesser. Plus my Sako 270 has a factory muzzle break that is same as the barrel contour so it ain’t all big and ugly. It shoots as soft as a 243! It is my single most accurate rifle and I can easily shoot off the bench at 100 and it has REAL minute accuracy. I know the Creed is good. I just don’t need it. I got something better!

    Where'd you get a short 20 years later? The .308/7.62X51mm and 2.23 Remington/5.56X45mm were both created in the 1950s and 2.23 Remington was exclusively created for the AR-15 and was secretly being used in Vietnam since 1957, it was officially adopted in September of 1963.

    The 243 kicks creed ass everywhere on the scale. The 22-250 is a more accurate comparison to the creed. Of course you can’t use that because it also smokes the creed. You can however skip all of this bull by buying a high quality 25-06. It will shoot circles around both 6 creed and creed 6.5 on any game and will defeat cross winds plus velocities. These are just another sales gimmick to get the I must have the latest and greatest bunch.

    The military had to spend money on something. If you don't use that budget, it gets reallocated and it decreases next fiscal year. 308 was plenty and adequate, so is the 5.56. Why not go 6.8 spc or 6.5 grendel?
