Bless these two for being so curious, I love when dawah is spread across the world. Even if I've been through and listened to this type of scenario happening countless times, it never gets old. I'll go as far as to say its a breath of fresh air because outside of this, theres so many debates flying around and it gets exhausting to deal with. Bilal, wonderful job just taking the time out of your day to do this, especially to those two as well.

Prayer is in 5 times of the day: before sunrise, noon, afternoon, after sunset, and in nautical twilight (evening). Even though the sun rises at a certain time and sets at a certain time, and differs in seasons, prayers are not limited to a certain "hour and minutes". They are in periods of time, for example noon till afternoon. In the case of napping, you'd have time to pray because of the long period you have. However most muslims dont miss their prayers. When we know its time for prayer, thats the first priority in our minds. We pray then continue whatever we're doing (in this case, prioritize prayer then go nap). Because we are obligated to do so as Allah (subhanahu wa taala) commanded, and in prayer we ask for blessings, help, forgiveness, or whatever we need at that point. Its really calming and reassuring when you see or realize your prayer has been answered.
