Thanks for the tour. The resort looks great now. Haven’t been to this property in about 8 years, so there areas I do not recall. Of course I knew the Waterpark and RIU Party facility had been built but I cannot, for example, imagine where the new food court is located ?! I see the Naiboa name used at a pool area. Wondering if the Naiboa resort itself is gone now ?! Most notable is that the ugliest lobby in the Caribbean is no more !! New lobby/reception looks very welcoming. Impressive.

Lo mejor de lo mejor. Su servicio, el trato tan cordial de sus empleados, Su gastronomia, entretenimiento, sus Restaurantes. No repito hotel, Pero este con Dios delante lo repetire en el 2025 si Dios lo permite 🙏

The Best Riu’s are the original ones that have been renovated -not the new ones build from the ground up that look like a hospital complex.

Thank you this . We are returning to riu palace bavaro next year booked an elite club room . It will be our 4th time to this hotel and 10th to Dominican Republic . The refurb looks great

issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

Love seeing my daughter enjoying Ekbulum Ruins, Chukum Cenote, and Cozumel. Makes me want to visit these ruins and this cenote on our next visit to the Mexican Riviera!
