Sounds like electrical interference. Are you plugged into a grounded outlet? Are you running on a power strip with other devices plugged in? Have you tried different outlets in your home? This ringing noise is often a fault with poor wiring in a home.., be it improper grounding, poor shielding, ect. Even being near cell towers or any broadcasting stations can cause issues as well.
I opened it up, it was a defective power regular IC1=D00D0AWHFP AND IC6=81M, both are burning hot after 1 sec power on, both are located next to the speaker opamp ICs 4558. I returned it, no exchange for another, might be last batch manufact failures.
