Despite paying him over ₹1.9 lakh-much more than we initially agreed upon-we were met with endless delays, excuses, and unprofessional behavior. It took him a staggering 1.5 years to deliver our wedding photos and videos, which we finally received on August 12, 2024. The quality of his work? Absolutely atrocious. It looked as though it was shot on a mobile phone with no editing whatsoever-just a bunch of clips poorly stitched together. Adding to our frustration, Ashok was completely unresponsive throughout the entire process. Living abroad due to work commitments, we couldn’t visit his office in person, but we provided him with the selected versions of our raw data within a week of our wedding.
