@@k.m.mackinnon I wonder what actually wakes you up? Thoughts, anxiety, sounds, dreams, worries, snoring, someone else, some action, ………? Or do you even fall asleep? Tried naps? How did you sleep as a baby and young child? Often those patterns can get looped in adulthood. Also in Chinese medicine they have the Meridian cycles, in 2 hour blocks of time. From 1am to 3am is a 2-organ cycle…..I forget which one…..3-5am is Lung-Large Intestine, starting the whole thing. I’ll have to look it up and get back, and you may want to look at which organs and see how that may correlate……if it’s something you wish to shift into full night restful regenerative sleeping? I was always one who literally could be killed by lack of sleep🤪it’s like my Soul leaves for awhile to hopefully recharge and I get real rest before coming back for another day. Although there are those nights where I travel to uncomfortable places and wake tired or not fully “back here.” Where does your music artistry come from inside you?

Maybe look at lack of surrender and any repressed emotions? You want to remain healthy, your fans, your children want you!🤩😉🙌🏼💖✨

@@k.m.mackinnon also you may want to eat earlier…..and stagnant Liver chi can show sign of anger, rage, really just covering deep hurt and sadness…. Your music seems to me to express a lot of emotions…. Yet speaking, actually using your vocal chakra and cords is oowerful and can heal naturally. Our voices matter. Also music, and voice can come directly from your SoulSpeak🌸✨🙌🏼

Do you remember the old game show, “Name That Tune?” Well even though I’ve only dabbled in guitar, don’t fully read sheet music (got a little in 10 years of choir), usually as a kid I could name most songs in few notes.

absolutely there is arpeggio (a group of notes that make up a chord played individually) but also I've added some tremolo. I call it tremolopeggio :)

Was it hard for you to learn the language of music? I didn’t study it long enough, mostly in choirs most of my school years. Maybe the math of it?!😜😂Math was always a “challenge” up until now…not bc I didn’t understand it-even complicated math-felt more “boring” to me, no people involved or ways I could escape the fundamental formulas and use my “ENFP, sometimes INFP” skills of non.conforming problem-solving skills!😂🥰

Reading music feels like speaking 🤟🏼 sign language…a physical touch feeling, muscle memory, has to combine with the logical, visual, then translate into auditory! Different planes of energie vibration combined with logic. Unseen into manifested seen! Wow!! So cool 🎶 music is! And guitar is one of my favorite sounds.🎸🙏🏽💦🎶

Also, just yesterday I saw a clip of a big tiger shark literally saving a big sea turtle with fishing wire choking around its neck. It’s the ocean, not the desert, but still a beautiful reminder of how literally Aware & Alive everything is! Things that people never expected to see bc of the old beliefs, will now become visible to blow peoples minds. And your music is a magnificent bridge to perhaps ease the huge belief gap with gentle, deliberate yet intuitive sounds, bridging from non-belief (old untrue thoughts) to opening to openness and flow out of that old resistance back to harmony and living loving! Thank you for that gift…it’s a special talent your gift…and needed on the beautiful planet!💞🌎💯

…and that tiger shark deliberately pushed the sea turtle with its snout to a nearby boat to have the humans save it! It was awesome to see such a “feared creature” living loving actions!
