👍👍 that saw is damn near bigger than the stump.
The 36” bar would not clear. I’d say it wa a good 40” Ash stump
@ it was a biggen- didn’t realize how big those 070-090 were until you were stumping- saw looks like it’s a foot wide!!
Tim Taylor approved
Like my 7910 Dolmar/Makita Blue model! A lot of tree in a small area!
👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
My Mum had great toughness and work ethic . Ive used her axe from age 6 to now 56 to chop firewood . I have her relentless determination too . The old goldminers here in New Zealand stacked boulders in huge mounds leaving a legacy of thair super human toil. Great times indeed ❤😊
This is one of the dam videos I've watched on RUclips. Great job!
I appreciate ya James😁
Incredibly hard and dangerous work.
Hell yea bro! Badass video and badass saw
Thanks👍🏻
Worked at Ostrom lumber in PeeDee Oregon all thru the 80s into the early 90s really loved it work was hard but still some of the best memories
👍👍
That's awesome
a little more warm up and break in period and that would run like a scolded dog.
Doug did you port that saw or is it stock?
It was stock there
@ I just bought a very clean 660 full wrap handle waiting for it to arrive!
I wouldn’t mind getting a 3120clone but I generally don’t need it my 394xp dose the job good enough for myself
Great saw!🙏🏿🇺🇸🪓
Nice one!
How about doing the same work but with a hardwood like South Western Australian jarrah trees?
Really nice saw the perfect size for firewood
👍
Semi chisel?
No it’s full chisel C83 xcut chain.
Awesome edit brah
Thanks bruh😎
The only thing I see legendary here is "The Doug"
Ya right🤣🤣🤣
Legendary? Nah. Pretty good maybe but too small for real pro work. A good second or backup saw
This saw isn’t made for either. It’s built for GTG’s. Very fast saw.
Nokavarna
🤣🤦🏻♂️
Very cool thanks Doug
👍👍👍
That's a baaaad a$$ saw 👍👍
Legendary for firewood. Sucked for logging.
This 365 isn’t for either. It’s built for GTG’s.
@@IndianaDoug ah. Not many gtg in northern wi. I mean were only the logging capital of the world😂
Probably a lot of 500i’s up there workin eh?
@@IndianaDoug592 572 Hardwood logs.
Pretty good runner for sure!
That’s one nasty tree!
Big Maple
Nice
Best clone I’ve ran out of the box.
👍👍
Just close your eyes and images like this generation 20 years in those logging fields :) 2 days and 90% dead or braindead in hospital. Human evolution is not going better way
Wow , 52 year old builder in Australia, need to show this to apprentices when I ask em to take lunch break at 1230 instead of 12 as we’re in the middle of a specific task 😂 My god the next generation ( % of ) are so wrapped up in cotton wool
Is this all factory or has it been worked over!?
First cuts out of the box. Was tuned a bit rich still. Great saws!!!
Cool video. I grew up cutting and splitting firewood with my late dad and an uncle. Not loggers, but work is just as hard. Just a 1970s Homelite Super XL and axes 🪓. Never without firewood 🪵 🔥
We must blame ourselves for the younger generation
