They fly daily, so Monday through Friday

Nice lol.

Pretty much Tuesday through Thursday are the best days to go. When I did do sitting sometimes I'd go for 2 or 3 hours & sometimes I went from 8am to 5pm. A few times I would end up staying till 8pm when they had night flying going on. Can't really say what's the best time but the only days that can be slow are Monday & Friday.

Unless the reserve unit flies that’s the only time, think they do weekend ops once a month

Yeah Draken International still flies A-4s at Kinston they use them & some Mirage F1s. They are definitely awesome to watch & for the camera I use a Canon HF R800 camcorder.

I was by Harris Plant Road & Altair Avenue but I didn’t get to stay as long as I wanted to cause the base called the police. Police came & told us we had to leave so this was the only time I went over there. I’m not sure what other spot over would work but I haven’t tried going back over there to do spotting.

@@dc_aviation25 I went out to the spot by the pyramid yesterday it is actually a good spot I got some pictures of a UH-1y and a t-34 mentor there wasn't a whole lot happening but that is typical for a friday afternoon

Well I know from the times I went usually when the action is good is when runway 23 is active and the weather is pretty good. I think the slow days were Monday and Friday but Tuesday through Thursday can be decent days depending on what decides to comes in.

@@chas_1 the main military aircraft I usually saw often were ospreys, E-2s, & C-2s. Then you'll probably see Draken A-4s or Mirage F1s since they're based at Kinston.

usually Mondays though Thursdays aren't bad only day that can be hit or miss sometimes is Friday.

Not sure how Arrington Bridge Road is but the best spot for spotting is C R Lewis Dairy Rd. With touch and goes it just depends if pilots need flight hrs that’s when you see them do it. It’s just hit or miss if you go out and they do them or not. I know recently I’ve been out and there’s been 15s doing touch and goes.

The address for the road I usually spot on is 100-256 C R Lewis Dairy Rd Goldsboro, NC 27534 United States & another spot to go to for landings on 26 is Wilber’s BBQ. The best spot is C R Lewis Dairy Rd.

@@carsandhobbies no there isn't really problems with the cops one time security forces did call the cops to try and makes use leave, but the cop didn't do anything. I've had the rare case happen where one security forces person will tell me I can't be there but its not true cause its off base and its a public road. When it happened I left just cause I didn't want to start anything. After that one time I haven't had security forces say anything to me.

@@dc_aviation25 Ever have any trouble spotting from Dairy Rd? I'm thinking of going out there soon for my first time and I don't want to step on any toes.

@@EscapeLifesGravity Ive had it happen 2 or 3 different times when security forces said something but they didn't know what they were talking about. You should be fine going out there cause I've been out there quite a bit and was fine.

usually flight ops start around 0800 or 0900 and if they aren't night flying they're usually done around 1800 maybe can't really remember the time they finish. I will say Mon thru Thurs are they best days to go cause Fridays they get done flying around 1500 or maybe 1600.
