Are you sure that the +additonal weapon damage scales the magic damage of the demons glee? How does that even work? +2 to both the magical and physical? or split between the two?

@@tomtee6252 the magical damage scales the magical weapon damage of the demons glee, while the additional weapon damage scales the physical damage of the demons glee. in total you would have 2 additional weapon damage for 30 weapon damage, and +6 magical damage for 7 magical weapon damage. it is done this way so that the magical damage from the crystal ball will affect all magic including spells (but also magic weapon damage), while the additional weapon damage (the lower of the two) will only give a small buff to the main hand weapon. to be clear, weapon damage, and magical weapon damage, are not the same, and thus additional weapon damage will only buff your weapon damage, and not your magical weapon damage. the reason everyone is going crazy about this is that until now having magic weapon damage and a crystal ball at the same time was impossible since the only magic weapon damage sources were two handed.

Yes, the magic damage from the sphere does get applied with each demon glee hit, as does any additional/true magical damage. No idea how the magic power bonus scaling works otherwise though. Tested this with a demons glee and mana sphere on a targeting dummy, very big difference in hitting the dummy with and without the sphere equipped.

@Deathvoids029 ahh okay good to know. But yeah the scaling is still not good at all. You're better off just building add/true mag DMG and the rest building dex and tankyness

@@user-ov3by1ph1m What he said is true, it scales off of the base damage of the demon's glee, which is 1. I dont know how the additional weapon damage applies from the sphere, but its a maximum of 3 base damage if it does work. 25% increased magic damage on will puts that to 3.75. So instead of doing 17 damage with you demon's glee sphere, you're doing 17.75. Thats the best case scenario, not worth it.

Let me break it down for ya. HR mobs are very annoying to deal with while trying to pvp. Majority of people play HR for the AP so they bring the gear score limit and grind AP. People who play 225+ in normal lobbies only play for pvp, why else would you have that high of gear score in normals if you weren’t trying to pvp. If you don’t like it then stay under 125 or even under 25’s.

If you build it for true phys rather than true magic yeah, but true mag is better cause no one runs 60% mag resist
