Looking crazy already man
yes i am yes it is
I feel you need to reflect and look at your life from a new perspective. You'll find that life can be beautiful when you accept change
But you can't flip my mindset. I think you are a failure and you can't do that.
I'm very surprised to see a comment that has such a negative mindset. You're entitled to your opinion, best of luck 👍🏼
@@ajccoaching I'm sorry. I was just annoyed. I was scrolling through yt shorts and got too many "self-improving-mindset" videos with semi-intellectual platitudes and pseudo-intellectual quotes
fuck you. lol jks. good video. I think my my phone can scan my thoughts or I've been thinking outloud and my phone records
Mate nobody’s gonna listen to someone with a topknot
It is life saving. Very important...
It very much is important 🙏🏼👍🏼
This made me queef. Thank you for the experience
You're queefing welcome
Pretty extroverted posting videos on youtube lol
I laughed so hard because it’s so true 😂😂
I don’t really see the arch in the back ? And dropping ur scapular further back that will come with the more arched back will give a way better range of motion, finding a position that really suits to allow full drop of shoulders is really worth the extra time 👍🏻
@@craigwilliams3099 couldn't agree more with having an arched back to create more tension and brace the scapulars into a full range. It's difficult to see in this video, even though there's a minimal arch, there is still full range in the scapulars 👍🏼
Touching at the top doesn’t stop the tension it can however knock you off balance causing you you fail the next rep or even injure yourself
@@masonbowes2604 very true, it doesn't stop tension if you have the gym experience to know how to stay under tension, for a beginner I would always suggest avoiding touching the top, partly because of the knocking off balance which you mentioned
@@ajccoachingI’ve always said when you get to the point of the movement where you’re able to touch the dumbbells together touching them won’t release the tension on the muscle as you aren’t contracting the muscle anymore it’s more a case of controlling the weight in a position that is healthier for the shoulders
I find if my feet are off the floor my core/chest is engaged. Other than helping stength what is the benefit of feet being firmly planted in the floor.
Great question, having the feet firmly planted to the floor creates more tension throughout the body, helping it to stay more stabilised. It's why you find most powerlifters using the feet planted method to help with overall drive and power throughout the body. Hope that makes sense 👍🏼💪🏼
Thank you.
aye hate life

🤦 maybe it's good information. Maybe it's great. Maybe it's crap. I can't focus on anything except that hair 🤢
the guy with a receding hairline is mad at long hair. checks out.
It's definitely great information, if you want my hair care routine I'll post it soon 👍🏼
Bro one day your gonna be famous 🗿
At this rate I'll be famous by 60 👍🏼 gotta back yourself 👴🏻
That’s actually too heavy for you
That's why I was struggling, thanks bud
Yes I can attest to the value of doing this. I consciously did this just last week while driving and it was blissful! 🎉
Should use 45s instead of all the 25s
@@TheJohnMacarthy they're 25kg plates 👍🏼
Try keeping the hands away from the face and shoulder at the top of every rep. Elbows stay by the ribs. This will keep the resistance in your triceps rather than using some glutes and lats for some of the rep, drop 25% weight feel the gains from increased isolation of the triceps 😃
Very well said 👌🏼 I used the method you just described in a different phase of my training plan, at the moment this phase is all focused on explosive strength with maximum load. Really appreciate the comment 🙏🏼
@@ajccoaching compound explosive moves 👍🏾
Yes , it’s hard
It's a humbling exercise that's for sure
P R O M O S M 😢
No it is not in my opinion you should bend the knees Sorry if i seem mean i am just trying to help
You're not being mean, so I'm doing good mornings which involves a Romanian deadlift hinge motion rather than a squatting motion 👍🏼
Why is that so true
why so true tho🔥🔥🔥🤫🤫🤫🤫🤫

Solo son 30 kilos
Oh is it? I need to step my game up
No, no, sorry, I didn't mean to offend you, is it that I'm missing this sign? It was as a question to know if you would only lift 30 kilos.
only 2 likes is wild
I know right, madness
Do you know anything about whether it's WATER that the body needs (specifically H2O) or electrolytes? In other words, Is 1.5L (According to 0.033 x 81 I'd need 2.6L) of H2O over the course of the day, with as many electrolytes in it as 2.6L, as sufficient as 2.6L of normal water?
Yes, I'm talking more specifically about how much water you should be consuming on a daily basis. As important as electrolytes are, the fundamentals of staying hydrated through consistent water drinking out ways the exacts of how much electrolytes you need per day. It's a great question and one I wasn't expecting, thanks for the comment!
