DON'T RUN OUT OF GAS in the middle of a party (How to check how full your grill gas propane tank is)
We don't grill too much at our household, and we were hosting some friends over and I was worried we would run out of gas mid-grill and nobody wants to serve their friends partially raw meats. So here's a quick way to get a ballpark measurement of the amount of gas in your tank. An empty tank is typically 17 lbs, and a full tank can hold about 20 lbs of gas, so a completely full tank will weigh about 37 lbs. Bring a bathroom scale out to your grill and measure the weight of the tank, and wah-lah! It's a quick and easy way to check the gas level on your tank.

Schlage Touch Model FBE375 Keypad Lock Fix - Spins But Won't Unlock
Просмотров 5374 месяца назад
Hey there First Home Fixer! Not everyone (including me) has a natural talent for fixing things, so let's learn (and make mistakes) together! Don't get locked out of your house! It was extremely frustrating when the knob on my FBE375 Schlage Touch lock started freely spinning, no matter how many times I confirmed that I entered in the code correctly. Yes, you CAN fix this yourself. I'll walk you...

You can also push the Schlage button to turn on a light so you can see the keypad better at night

I was skeptical at first, but I reset the plastic holder higher onto the spring. The plunger only had one spring. I put it all back together and it worked!! Thank you (and my wife thanks you) !!

Interesting... I wonder if my model had a defect with two springs. But I'm glad to hear that resetting the plastic holder higher onto the spring fixed your issue and you're no longer locked out of your house!! :)
