Here's only what I can share for now: The game takes place in a fictional world during the year 1881, undergoing a series of revolutions throughout the old world continent. Revolutionaries are done yearning for social, economic, and land reforms and have risen in arms to take back what they believe they are owed for their labour and strife against a decadent and ancient regime. In the heart of the capital city of the Erescienne Empire, players will fight against one another to keep the order of their monarchy or bring new changes that only men and women have dreamt of.

Some notes from me: I forgot to put away my Vault 13 canteen. This is the Fallout: New Vegas End Cutscene experience. Despite finishing 'You Can Depend On Me' while completing the optional objective of stealing the Gun Runner's specs, ending 4.5 for Cass' slide on 3:27 doesn't appear. No idea why. Killing Samuel Cooke isn't, in my own opinion, the best option for a pro-NCR endgame. You have to make Philip Lems surrender themselves to the NCR, but I forgot about it before assassinating Papa Khan which failed the quest to make them surrender. Killing Eddie in the NCRCF or letting them live but NCR victory occurs anyway nets the same ending for them. I wanted to make Raul stay as a mechanic, because I believed that it would do more good to help fix up the old world's aging machines than it would to play legendary cowboy in the long run. However, I accidentally clicked on convincing him to go back to being a vaquero. Either ending is good anyways, I just like the RP story in my head to keep him as a wise mechanic. Making Lily take her medications is an RP choice. While it makes her forget her previous life as a vault dweller, it would be better for everyone around her to become whole mentally.

Unfortunately, it does not! Or at least, it would not make sense to native/learned Chinese speakers. It would probably be more convenient in the future if I just made up fictional characters as the setting is entirely fictional.
