Not with hot cues. And I understand why it isn't in it. They have to consider older CDJs that support a limited number of hot cue buttons. And give the DJ the freedom te decide which 3 cues are are 'A, B, C'. Because 'B' might be the bridge that sounds better before playing a certain chorus which is on 'C'. So to chronological cues you'd use memory cues

Ah crap, I use my desktop computer to prepare sets without hardware connected, and DJ on my laptop. (everything syncs up via a Nextcloud installation) This means I cannot do prep work anymore on my desktop. hm... I hope I'll find a workaround.

What specific feature that is pay walled will hinder your prep work?

The second icon I clicked on is the MyTag filter. If you look at 21:51 you will see there is an option for Show/Hide MyTag filter. Glad to read you found the video useful.

Yes, my I only use DVS with Rekordbox. And I discover more users every week that use it. No, issues that would have me switch to Serato for DVS. Even though the S11 was designed primarily for Serato it works great with Rekordbox.

I'm not familiar with the latest and greatest Best stuff to use for the Best full DVS experience, and uses. Can you leave some Links for everything that you have? Also what's your opinion about Phase? I used to DJ with a 2 channel 2 band Eq analog mixer & 2 turntables. I used Stanton 680EL needles for many years, and that's the only stuff I'm familiar with lol. Thanks in advance Have a good day!

My setup is very simple. 2x SL1200MK2, S11 and Ortofon Digital MK2. Can switch between vinyl and digital easily. Had a 4 channel analog mixer for 12/13 years. Phase is a great product and a must have for Serato users that use DVS as it has official support. Good to have at gigs that supply turntables.

1: Can't remember which version I was on when I recorded this but it worked a few days ago on 6.6.8. It's always worked for me for every version I've used. 2: No, a hardware device doesn't need to be connected. Were you in Performance Mode when you tried it? Can you go into Preferences > Keyboard > Browse and check what the setting is set to. Make sure you're a track is selected in your library when you do this. Don't click anywhere else as it will deselect the track (but still highlight it) and not work.

@@thedjnamedves Thanks again for the information. I don’t currently have access to Performance Mode which may be why I have been unable to use this shortcut. I’ve only ever used Export Mode for Rekordbox. There aren’t any options to set Load Track to Deck A/B for me at the moment but I guess the issue is me not being in Performance Mode. Go into preferences and then keyboard shortcut. Look for find track and check what it is set to on your computer

Hi, Is this Control F / Alt F for Windows or Mac? Every time I try to get more familiar with Rekordbox I keep losing the library folder search box. I wish there was a way...I could make it always show up! Is there a way to keep the Rekordbox search box - no matter where you are or what you're doing in Rekordbox?

It's CTRL-F on Windows. Check my pinned reply. Not sure what you mean with the searchbox disappearing. It should always be present

Thanks! It's a combination of old CDs collected through the years, purchased songs online, free tracks from Bandcamp and Soundcloud and of course DJ Pools. Also have a bunch of sample sounds in there. Which started due to using Traktor as my first DJ software.
