As a fellow m&p lover, i feel obligated to recommend the holosun scs mp2 direct mount optic it's slightly lighter than most which helps muzzle flip and helps avoid the need to use optic plates since it was made specifically for the m&p i run one on my 2.0 ported 9 and it is really nice

I just got some new reloads from a company called southern munitions. This gun is ported but it for sure is gassy. Need to email them about it.
