Thanks for making his video. I have finished counters that have been etched by citrus; I sand with the 50 pad for a long time, and the etch remains. That’s the case even with shallow etches. I’ve tried pressing hard, pressing light, higher rpms, lower rpms, and it still takes all day (at least, so it seems) to remove a single etch. And the pad was new. So … I’m pretty sure I’m doing something wrong lol. The key difference from what you show and what I’ve tried is that you use a lot more water than I have been using. Could that make that much of a difference?

You answered my main question about resurfacing my concrete countertop: just do it. I will indeed. Quick question about sealant: I'm a bread baker and use the countertop for kneeding. I there a sealant that is absolutely non-toxic - as in zero risk? Thank you!

This is the same planer I have. For some reason the lock on the side is letting the wheel turn & raises the planer up. I cannot figure out why so I'm wondering if anyone else would know.

The one answer I don't see is how you move this thing once it's built without a forklift? Thanks for the video. This was my first attempt at anything this large. I was able to get slightly out of kilter 2x6x16 lumber for the whole thing for $25 and used pipe clamps to pull everything straight. The most expensive item was the wood screws!
