Making Brioche Burger Buns with German 'Einback' bread mix

Made from scratch with simple ingredients. Our artisanal Bread Mix for German 'Einback' is perfect for homemade soft burger buns and also great for hot dog buns (or Italian Panettone, French Chocolate Croissant, Soft Dinner Rolls....)
This version is made with a kitchen machine. You only need to add milk, one egg, a bit butter and water. Our flour-mix is already perfectly pre-measured with organic flour, sea salt, non-GMO yeast and lightly sweetend with less organic cane sugar. One bun comes with only 3g sugar. The whole resealable bag makes 20-22 buns in 2 batches.
