Our adventure kicked off with a free bus ride from the Sheraton, dropping us right at CityWalk! We may have gotten a little lost navigating our way to the front gate, but following the crowd worked like a charm. We were so glad it was a Monday, thinking it would mean fewer crowds... but we didn't quite factor in all the kids visiting from other countries! The wait times were a mixed bag, but we just rolled with it. Honestly, there was so much to see as we shuffled along, it didn't even matter that much. The sun was blazing, but thankfully, they had these amazing fans that sprayed a refreshing cold mist-hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.

Well, almost. We were so tired after our super early flight that we ended up crashing at the hotel. But the next day, we woke up early and started exploring the city. Let's take one step forward into Grouse Mountain. The bears turned 23 on July 27th. Unfortunately, we were a few days too early to celebrate their birthdays. It was hot, but don't buy water because there were refilling stations set up in designated spots. We even got complimentary freezie pops.
