What's neat is while this is a video game... It demonstrates the advantages of using a red dot. Or at least shooting with both eyes open. Shooting with a red dot you use both eyes open. Letting your brain ignore the outline of the gun in your dominant eye. (You can do that with iron sights as well, it's just more difficult to see the sights) This allows you to see stuff that is behind your gun. You can see everything below the targets elbows is hidden by the gun.

Ok, so i've followed all of these steps and my helicopters still aren't evacuating the civilians. I have an extra large holding area which is now completely full, I have holding cells, a euthanasia tent and two helipads. There is a helicopter landed at each pad, which are both set to evac mode and nothing is happening. I now have a huge backlog of civilians just standing around and I just don't understand why it isn't working. So, if anyone else has had this same issue, can you let me know if you found a solution and if so, what you did? The only thing I can think of is that my civilian administration zone has "not evacuating" in the evacuation target box, but I haven't seen any guide where people say you have to do something with that, plus the options I can choose from are all other areas on the map. I can't pick my aircraft carrier as an evac zone, but that's the only place I could evac people to that wouldn't be completely pointless. Surely you aren't meant to evac civilians from your safe, well fortified base to some random spot on the map? Anyway... This is completely preventing me from making any progress in this game, so any help would be appreciated.

Damn. I thought that setting up helilads on aux centers would make the hellis transport the civis to main evac centre that was setup with 5 pads cells all the bling with the new evac system. Turns out helis always go straight to carrier and I lost because I sent too many sick civies back to carrier. Now that I think about it, it would be hella cool to see the carrier model change when you lose it. As in, let the enemy take it over and sail into the distance to infect the mainland. Would be a cool touch.

Can you relocate these zones? And do they only cover a single sector? Got them evacuted on my second run but they stopped evacuating after the discrict/sector was emptied. And it didnt let me place a new heli pad in another district.

Interesting, but check your volumes, as the music drowns you out so sadly it's hard to follow.
