Flug LH 2170 München-Leipzig 20:35 war am 21.12.2023 kurzfristig gestrichen. Wäre mein Anschlussflug. Keine Möglichkeit, ans Gepäck im Flughafen zu kommen, da die Ermittlungsstelle um 16:20 schließt. Und man kann im Gepäckausgabebereich nicht ewig bleiben, nicht so viele Sitzplätze. Weiteres Schicksal des Gepäcks ist unklar. Jetzt, 2 Tage später, konnte es nicht mal lokalisiert werden (ich habe den Antrag online gestellt, so wie es im Video beschrieben ist).

Didn't work for me... kept telling me the data we entered didn't match - - when it did. had to go to the airport extra early and check in that way.

Mein Mann und ich Veit Franke und Irene Franke, sind am Samstag, 23.09.23 von Neapel nach München geflogen und zwar LH 1879, anschliessender Flug von München nach Düsseldorf LH 2034. Unsere beiden Koffer sind nicht in Düsseldorf angekommen. Nach Recherche des lost property Schalters sind die beiden Koffer in München hängen geblieben. Bugggage Numbers : LH471649 und 471658. Einer der Koffer ist ein roter Samsonite der andere ein kleiner schwarzer Rimova-Koffer. Wir haben von Ihnen bezüglich der Koffer noch nichts gehört. Wir erwarten eine Nachricht von Ihnen. Danke

eine schöne übung, versöhnlichere töne anzuschlagen und die fans von otl aicher zu beschwichtigen. das hat mich auch zumindest abgeholt, da argumente für das neue design gebracht wurden, die durchaus nachvollziehbar sind. trotzdem finde ich die bemalung an den fliegern schwer, traurig und trostlos. die dunkelblauen anzüge sind nicht unbedingt erstrebenswert, die zeiten sind schwer genug und ein sonnig gelbes lachen ist was schönes. mit nur-dunkelblau kriegt man den eindruck, zu seiner eigenen beerdigung zu fliegen. tolle wertigkeit!

Prevented from boarding the LUFTHANSA flight from Berlin to Frankfurt, on 10 Jul 2023 at 6:45pm, my family suffered neglect and humiliation at Berlin Airport, on the grounds that LUFTHANSA attendants were unable to issue the boarding pass with the code reservation provided by the partner LATAM. Star Alliance, which partnership is this between LATAM and LUFTHANSA? One company accuses the other of being the cause of the problem and the customer's rights are not respected. Five passengers did not have their boarding passes issued and missed their flight, this past July 10th, all because the reservation code did not open in the LUFTHANSA system. What do I have with systems error from these giant companies? Put an end to this Alliance, as it is already proven by the daily repetition of this problem that this partnership did not work. On the next 07 August 2023, I have a reservation for this same flight Berlin x Frankfurt, 18:45h, I hope that they resolve this incompatibility of their systems that do not communicate. LUFTHANSA and LATAM I am a customer of both, I just want my boarding pass issued, without one company blaming the other for the system error, putting me in trouble when boarding. I didn't buy my ticket at a travel agency, I bought it directly with LATAM, aren't you partners, Star Alliance members? What is this joke about not being able to issue a simple boarding pass?

It seems impossible to redeem miles via this program, I've tried numerous searches over that last 2 months and it always says no flights are available and gives me an error. I am then forced to start over with my search as it doesn't remember/hold my criteria. I've tried switching to use different major cities between the USA and Germany. New York or Philadelphia to Frankfort or Munich for example. These routes should have multiple possible flights, but, they have none for me as of this posting regardless of the dates I enter being short term or months in the future. I'd really appreciate a reply from Lufthansa to this comment for me and all users of this program.

Gosh, the process of getting boarding pass is so rubbish you need to google this video, and it actually makes it more confusing. Pick up the ball Lufthansa, you suck.
A la fecha tengo 5 semanas sin equipaje, aborde Lima a Panamá y de Panamá a Frankfort, mi equipaje nunca llego, nadie contesta, nadie da la solución y lo peor que sin ropa no podía estar retorne antes de la fecha prevista en otra línea aérea, Lufthasa es una de las peores experiencias en servicio al cliente, no te recomendaría a nadie. Las autoridades deben intervenir para dar solución del mal servicio que brinda.

Lufthansa, my baggage is missing for last 25 days. I don't know what is happening. Your service team doesn't answer any calls. Please figure it out and get me my luggage.
Awful experience so far - I can't even start a claim online because the portal says "there was a problem in finding your details". Every phone number I called either would not pick up or would tell me they couldn't do anything until a claim was filed. Absolutely no one wants to take even the most basic ownership of helping a customer just open a ticket to get the ball rolling, let alone the 10+ day wait for resolution.
45 days luggage missing, No answer, no response ( No freaking nothing ) Email sent 5 times, not even a sigle answer. I will never Flight with Lufthansa anymore
