To replace the lid of a hair clipper from white to black, you can follow these simple steps: 1. Gather Tools : You'll need a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws. Make sure the screwdriver fits well to avoid stripping the screws. 2. Power Off the Clipper : Before starting, ensure the clipper is turned off and unplugged for safety. 3. This is totally mislabelled! It is NOT a Governor Newsom haircut. Booo!
That’s a nickname co-workers gave this gentleman not the real Governor 🤭
Brother I haven't had one in years
It’s time for you to book an appointment, if hair permits?
I have a BaBylissPRO FX3 and I don't like it but I'm sorry, to say it just doesn't work is silly. It gets my head essentially razor-close. I say "I don't like it" because it's way too loud, its wide handle makes it a bit awkward to use, and it's not waterproof.
Try the Braun series 9, it’s more pricey but it’s waterproof, smaller handle and it cleans its self. Well worth it.
Don’t your towels Have to be label “clean towels”
Yes they do.
At least California pays their apprentices. Unless you have peoples hair you can cut, you don't earn anything. You'll be prepping customers for the barber, answering phones, sweeping and cleaning all for no wage. You basically volunteer. At first you are only going to watch the barber while he/she explains what they are doing. If you start cutting and get 3 customers that day. You either pay booth rental or a commission to the barber.
I always tell people to educate themselves, so they won’t get taken advantage of. They are shops here that try to pull that s@&$.
I cut my father’s hair, and facial hair, his facial hair is like cutting steel wool it’s no joke and for being 78 his hair is thick! Anyways, what would you guys recommend the Oster Fast Feed or the Andis Master?
Andis masters, the down side you have to buy guards separately, but they do last longer than the fast feeds.
@@premiumbarbersinc Thank you guys! For the money I spent on “cheaper” clippers I could have bought a great one, my old man has me jealous with his hair lol Thanks again for the advice!
Is it louder than the cordless senior? i think they might be the same
Yes they are louder in my opinion.
@@premiumbarbersinc okay thank you!
Lol😂
What happens if the inspector sees that the barber does not have a license?
Here in California, The Barber will get fined and the owner of the barbershop will be fined $1000.
Ive fallen in love with the Masters after years of using Wahl. The cordless version is just too loud for me....as are most cordless. The corded Masters took me a long time and several tries to warm up to.....I think the secret to maxxing out their power is to tune them with the lid off. Slowly increase the blade tension, which in turn, allows more power to be dialled in up to a point. They REALLY rip through hair. Theyll never get any lighter though 😂
Best clippers ever made!
how do you solder it back on because i have that same issue with my clippers but i dont know how to solder
There’s lots videos of how solder in you RUclips it’s not that hard just be careful not to burn yourself.
@@premiumbarbersinc yea i tried but the clipper would only show the light at a certain angel i put it and i couldnt solder it without it moving
The strongest cordless clipper out there in the market but I can’t bare the loudness of it.
I’m there with you.
The material used for the internals of this clipper doesn’t dampen vibration. I went through and added silicon in certain areas. That helped tremendously to dampen the “chatter” of the clipper from the vibration of the motor. I know this has been a major pain point for a lot of barbers for sure but it’s got way more pros than cons.
I been with Andis from the beginning of my career, my barber kit came with the Andis masters and t-outliners even till this day I use my Andis masters. I had to many issues with the cordless version, batteries dying, this machine needs oil, oil drips to the motherboard and/or battery them and burns them out. They’re just get loud even with new upgraded yoke and motor. I don’t want to go back to modifying my clippers or trimmers (that’s how the Babyliss Fx skeleton was born remember?) i rather buy those modified parts from @philtyblendz. Andis has great warranty but you can only replace them ones. Maybe be I’m just biased because the corded version is so reliable and quite, very low maintenance, a new blade and an occasional cord and you’re set. 🙏🏽
@@premiumbarbersinc I’ve essentially concluded that the marketing behind a lot of new cordless clipper has convinced us to buy cordless clippers that aren’t what’s best for some barbers. Both the Cordless Andis Master and the Cordless Oster Fast Feed I had to almost completely rebuild due to issues that should have been addressed during the research and development stage of releasing these machines (If there was R&D done at all). Like you, I’m a big fan of the Masters as well as the Fast Feeds so I was willing to make adjustments and basically spend more money and time to get them they way it should be. Maybe one day the Manufacturers will get it right. 🤷♂️
Horrible review
Thank you
That’s crazy, I am waiting for a quieter version.
Same
Bravo.
I want to become an inspector...how would you recommend going about that?
Contact your state board.
Horrible music!
I’ll try better next time.
do they still have the 40% off..how much was it
I paid $191.00, check the website the front desk told me those clippers are not sold at the store. SalonCentric.com
I USE A CAN OF BARBASOL HEATED IN A PAN OF HOT WATER.
idk its still not as loud as mine got which is a plus. But yeah its still loud
Thanks for the tutorial! My brother has the same hair style and this video helped a lot thanks.
You’re welcome, we appreciate your support.
Bet in California it’s illegal to wash more than one towel a day for environmental reasons. 😂
You’re probably right lol
Are they still quiet? How is the power?
This are very powerful clippers, they are a little too loud for my taste. But they’re quieter than the previous version. @andis upgraded the yoke and the motor.
The braun 9 pro plus is good for headshave? Thanks in advance for an answer
It’s perfect, you can shave every day or wait a day or two and I’ll work with a little stubble. I love the performance.
How long does it take to heat up?
Depends on which machine you’re using, anywhere from 10-20 minutes.
Them elmo brushes😂
The kids love them, super soft. 😁
Do you have to get workscomp insurance for your apprentice ?
Yes and you have to paid them at least minimum wage and give them breaks.
Hi I’m interested how
You find an apprenticeship program school, then you find a barber or barbershop that can sponsor you. You can find all this information at the state board website of your state.
Did it come with the guards?
No, @Andis never includes guards with their Masters.
brush and shave soap. I put the container in hot water along with the brush. seems better than cold soap suds on your face
Both this machines warm up nicely, ones on, they stay warm ready to use throughout the day, perfect for the barbershop.
id say cool care after and before the use and blade oil end of the day
If you’re using oil only at the end of your day, you must be going through blades a lot. Keep them oiled they work best that way. I respect your opinion.
@@premiumbarbersinc i will try that! thank u!

???
Any updates? Did it get louder?
The new version is a lot more quiet, after continuous use they’ll get loud. It seems @andis are really working on fixing this issue.
Sir please review the update ov this still waiting how is it. Because i cant decide if i buy this one. Please thanks
The updated version is a bit more quieter, they even tuned the motor but I still don’t recommend it. Buy the JRL onyx you won’t regret it.
@@premiumbarbersinc thank you so much sir. Godbless you
oil clippers ? nah. i’m tryna oil you up luh bro. better keep them cheeks clenched lil man!! 🎉❤
Thank you.,…I guess.
@@premiumbarbersinc nahhh luh bro this a threat 🤣🤣 you betta keep them cheeks clenched and lock your windows tonight luh bro i’m finna oil yo ass up!! ❤️💯 #BBC #CCP #LWC
Oh dang, I actually didn't know that! Thanks
Glad I can help.
Cause they blow up 🤣 bro your awesome ✂️💥🔥
Can’t be too careful.
This is always been confusing to me because every time I add oil and then cut my hair it just becomes a big mess
All it takes is a few drops, wipe the excess oil and start cutting.
@@premiumbarbersinc thanks bro
Great vid i am bald and use goatee what setup would you recommend? im thinking Rogue set or older babyliss lopro or protege? Or maybe go with these andis master?
If you’re shaving I’ll recommend the Braun series 9 it’s great if you wait a couple of days before you shave or shave every day. As far as clippers you don’t have to spend a lot a 1989 kemie works great, you can pick them up for less $50 bucks and works great for the price.
I tore my achilles in December and had a lot of time to think. I made great money in sales and restraunt management, but the atmosphere and not being able to work with my hands was killing me. I'm 28 now and I decided to follow my dreams and give up people judging my choices and go to barber school like I wanted to 10 years ago. Straight up you guys are inspiring and I aspire to be like you all in the future. Thanks for the video
I’m glad you decided to follow your dream, I made my decision when I was 33 years old, I felt like a failure to my self and my family, I was always working odd jobs with no real goals or inspirations. As a teenager I picked up some clippers and really enjoyed cutting hair but never thought it was a career. My biggest regret is not starting sooner. I wish you good luck on your journey and know that you’re making the right choice, as for me this really changed my life and my family’s. Thank you for your support.
Bro nice video nomas que la music fucks it up just do a POV with out the music in the background
You got it! Thank you
They been holding up?
They’re great clippers, just a bit too loud for my liking.

Thank you sir I appreciate you for your video I’m getting that Braun 9 Asap. #Tough
Braun 9 is great, perfect for kids and adults, you won’t regret.
How can I distinguish between ordinary and original?
The Onyx is matte black and the original is shiny black. The lever is also different.
@@premiumbarbersinc Is it true that the original is four lifts in the hook

Did you put the wahl cutting blade on it or just the wahl still blade?
I used both the cutting and still blade, it was the wedge blade which has longer teeth then the other blades
@@premiumbarbersinc thanks I'll try that blade
