Thanks! We never tried it ourselves. You could try a few of them this way too perhaps. In such case try brushing each flatbread with olive oil, place on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in convection oven at 200-220C. Flip once the side facing up is nice and golden. Let us know if you try it out this way.
