Bro its so easy. When you buy it,go to the yellow cog wheel and up the factories, now check which city is first producing them( example Berlin, Germany Reich) then slide the white bar to the right all and then deploy where you want it to attack. ( must be inside the red circle) and the intelligence update, it made cpu better and smarter.
