Strat project 3 - drilling all holes in the body
In this video I'm drilling all holes in the body. Short video but work that has to be done. For the holes from the control cavity to output jack cavity and back cavity I use a long 6mm drillbit. The holes for bridge screws are 2,5mm and the holes for the neck screws are 4mm.
In the next video I will either do the guitar finish or soldering all electronics. It depends on how long time it takes me to get the body painted.

Strat project 2 - Arm & Belly cut and round over
Просмотров 1363 месяца назад
In this video I'm rounding the edges using a 3/8" router bit. The classic Strat round over is made with a 1/2" bit but this is what I already had at home. I'm also doing the arm cut and belly cut using a Japanese saw, Shinto saw rasp, normal rasp and a sickle. A small mistake was made and I the next video I will show how I fixed it. You can find me on FaceBook and Instagram also.
