Interesting home. It’s easy to imagine how isolated it would have been back in the day with only horseback access to it. Makes one wonder why someone would build such a large home in the middle of nowhere and what it took to get all the materials there to build it. Maybe the area looked way different back then. What a lonely camping experience you had near there. Kinda sad! Thanks for taking us along. I never would have known this place existed, if I never saw your video!😂 How tall are you? Very much enjoying your videos. I have a newer 4runner that I would like to keep relatively pinstripe free so I get it. I had a wedding to attend in Branson last weekend, so we took the long way down through Glade Top Trail. Just stuck to the main road since we were on a bit of a schedule, but look forward to going down and checking it out more.

So sorry. There's always an a-hole in the campground. Why we prefer to disperse camp. But nice spot I can see why you camp there

wow....that was an unbelievable amount of bullsh*t you had to put up with on that trip...you did good with your tolerance of it. This is why I hate making camping reservations, but most places in MO require it.....rude, inconsiderate and noisy people can quickly ruin a trip. Camping etiquette barely exists anymore! But still a beautiful spot.

Carry a 5 gallon Jerry can pn my 4Runner,never needed for me once..However i saved several people over the yrs.

The dogs look unconcerned lol this reminds me of me, my husband, teenage stepson, and 100lb Labrador making the 1000 mile drive from texas to indiana every summer 😂 once we almost ran out of gas at 4am everyone was asleep and i got into a groove looked down and we were on E and in the middle of nowhere. We made it but were coasting on fumes 😅 oh the family memories.

Follow up comment: I now own the same RTT and have used it a few times since late last year. That front hoop is supper annoying to lock in for me. Have you found a trick? Or has it just gotten easier for you over time? I love the tent otherwise. I find the mattress is comfortable enough but have also picked up the FSR air mattress to compare.
