Most of the videos I upload are sped up running routes. Here's a 'slow' video, at actual speed (with sound), of a relaxing swim in Tenerife, Playa de las Vistas. There are some fish in the middle of the video! :)

A nice run in Birmingham, mostly on canals and around the Edgbaston Reservoir. It's 8x speed, except for a few occasions when I stopped to take in the view. The first slow down was caused by geese, due to goslings, they wouldn't let me pass onto the Soho Loop. This wasn't the first time, on a run here in May the same thing happened!

Another lovely morning run from Portals Nous, but the other direction, again along the cycle-lane, taking a stop for the lovely bay view and finally to Cala Major. Some of the return run is also filmed.

This is a lovely early morning run from Portals Nous, initially on the well-designed cycle lane, then along the coast to Magaluf. The video cuts to the end of the return run when I have a swim in the sea (not filmed)- it was so calm, like a pool! The video speed occasionally goes to actual speed to admire the view!

This is a run from Charlottenburg, through the beautiful Tiergarten, past the Brandeburg Gate, and then to Checkpoint Charlie and the remaining parts of the wall.

This was a longer run in Berlin, exploring the wonderful countryside! From where I was staying near Charlottenburg S-bahn station, I ran down towards the Grunewald. I passed several lakes, and many people were swimming already, despite it being relatively early in the morning- looked lovely! This is another wonderful run from my brother's in Åsane, but camera records from Munkebotsvatnet. This time, I run even further up the hills to come down via Fløyen! There was sun at the peaks as you can see, but the view of Bergen is shrouded with a spectacular cloud inversion, so that in the run down to the city you can see me running into the mist- very atmospheric!

This was a lovely run from my brother's house in Åsane to Bergen, but via a hill route, taking you down to Sandviken via the winding Munkebotn path, which is apparently based on a postal trail route from the 19th century. Most of this is on roads with no cars. The video stops just near the entrance to the Fløyen funicular.

Another lovely Sunday in Berlin, this time running in Charlottenburg, the famous palace and its beautiful gardens. Near the end, a brief stop by Lietzensee Park.

This was my first recorded Berlin run, on a lovely sunny morning. From my hotel near the Hauptbahnhof I ran along the Spree, passing the Reichstag, and to the Cathedral, then to Alexander Platz and returned via Unter den Linden and the Brandenburg gate.

This was one of my most common runs in Tenerife, this is the return half, from Playa de Torviscas all the way along the coast to Playa de las Vistas, near where we stayed for the 2nd half of our April 2024 holiday.

This was a great run (return half) from Callao Salvage along the coast to Punta Paraiso. There were some steep inclines, on this video you see me running down the steepest on the return... it may not be apparent, but the sky was cloudless, but the mistiness is caused by the Calima effect.

This was a great route, I took several times. Running through the centre, and then up the steep hill to the Castillo del Gibralfaro, then down the other side, eventually to Calle Victoria and from there to the beach!

This was a bit of a crazy run, trying to cover most of the streets in the mediaeval layout of Malaga centre, and failing! Which I realised when I kept returning to the same spot! :)
