Yes, also the power valve servo was not working on this test. Think it’s had the wire splice done too.

@@paulcarrington4319 yeah just blipping the throttle a little and bashing it up a gear, done right it’s quite smooth and easy going on the gearbox.

Thank you mate. Yes standard road going gsxr 600 k6, standard exhaust on Pirelli supercorsas sp v3 and first time at snett and only third time on a track. I’m now addicted!

I’ve just bought a K2 600 and can’t wait to go back here. I’ve done 2 track days but on a Aprilia V2 Tuono Gen 1. Hopefully the 600 does better. Just bought some sSC v3 BSB scrubs for it in medium.

@@paulcarrington4319 gsxr seems to be a great bike, funnily enough I also road a blue and white k2 600 the same day (my mates one) and I was 4 seconds slower on a hot lap, a 2:13, his tyres were not as sticky as mine (rosso 4s) The lack of slipper clutch on the k2 took some getting used to, coming off the k6. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it, it’s a great bike. Get some crash bungs, I learned the hard way already. 👊

I'm not sure who's who. Here. But whoever is in the photo above on the GXSR with a bent inside arm. Straight outside arm and head completely to the inside of the centre of gravity line. Is doing fucking well. For 3 track days. Full credit. I have raced for years. Road bikes for 20 years. Still don't look quite that good. FULL TIP OF MY HAT TO YOU. GREAT GOING MATE.

I have watched just about every video on RUclips on how to ride, also only passed my test in January, knee down for the first time in June (on a quiet road). Shame I’m 41 years old, probably should have started earlier. Would love to do some racing next year on a proper track bike.

@@joeripken8946 i doubt it as my knee is ruined at the moment. Hope to later in the season if it ever gets better. Good luck on the 250, it didn’t take danger boy long. Do practice starts on the practice session, is one thing I learned from this race, my first proper mx race. I didn’t here so every race that day was another practice start. I did get better starts in the later races but not perfect.

Thanks Ken. I’m not sure what the rear end is but intend to change it in the future, I’m not a fan. Just bought the bike and have already started to make it my own creation. Will put some more clips up when the weather turns for the better. I’m already a subscriber of yours and have watched all your vids since owning mine, some more than once.
