I was struggling with this, it kept coming off and pulling the truck down with it no matter how heavy the truck was. So when it fell down to the bottom of the quarry, I just took a truck round to the bottom and winched it down until eventually it was upright.

For me it won't show up idk what i should to do to hunt it

Every time I’ve started a new playthrough, I’ve attempted to pull the Derry up that hill … to the point where I’ve tried it with about half a dozen different rigs. Always end up just dragging it down the river, usually with the Cat 745C. I still think getting up that hill is possible, if you spend the time to swing the Derry 180 degrees so it’s going uphill nose first. Definitely not worth the effort though, since crawling down the river is such a relaxing tow job.

I am using International HX520 to pick the cargo load in Twinsteer. I get 4 in Twinsteer and go and deliver and then i deliver the last one with my crane truck. I will not use trailers in this place because it's hard to handle. The yellow cranes of the american trucks are better than those blue of the russians.

That fallen fence at 6:19 is just poor map design. That thing doesn't need to be there, but it's there just to annoy and frustrate the player. I started this contract just now, and when I passed that bareicade, I wasn't happy or satisfied, I regretted that so much time and effort had to be wasted just because of some poor design choices

Ok tried it again with my azov (heavy 73210). With Chain tyres.... and low and behold. It goes through that valley with little issue.... Now I feel like an idiot. I still don't understand how the mighty Kolob truck couldn't get through it with improved mud tyres.... but anyway got through it and can leave it alone. There are still things to hate about Kolo pinunsula with its random murder routes but I guess this East camp valley of icy rock aint as crappy as it was!!

That last part. Developers really messing with the players in that valley. I tried to get a kolob through there and got stuck.... A kolob of all things. Just kept sliding. Wth?!? This is one of the many reasons people hate lake Kovd.

The Caterpillar 745C works very well for both this mission and the other rescues in Kovd. I put the fuel carrier tank on it and completed three different rescue missions without having to refuel; the extra weight didn't hinder its performance at all. Due to its size, however, I didn't take it over the cliff path at 8:10; I drove a longer route to the south and just rammed through the breakable ice on the mud trails.

Except the beach route is closed off too when you first get there. Silly positioning of the tasks if you ask me. Putting them on the other side of an inaccessible area where there are no supplies. Good job Saber Inc.
