Ya, there’s Bessel Van der Kolk “The Body keep the Score” and Laurence Heller and Alyne Lapierre ‘Healing Developmental Trauma’ But specifically about the Attachment and relational aspect you can look up Dan Siegel - some Attachment authors can be quite heavy and technical and theoretical but one book I really loved and highly recommend to anyone is “It’s not Your Fault” by Patricia Romano Macgraw.

Yeah she’s not that well known and that book is a bit of a hidden gem. I gave my hard copy away to a psychology student but then I purchased the kindle book, I can’t remember where. But the Bessel Van der Kolk book is equally brilliant and well written, but I did appreciate her feminine touch. I wish I could send it to you but I don’t think I can. Perhaps you will say: “sir you can’t do that.” ;)
