Listen, Saitama's workout was different because he didn't use any room heater in winter not air conditioner in summer and Saitama ran at his full speed it was like a sprint for 10 kilometres and including fighting with massive monsters without getting full recovery and he did that for three years straight without taking any break he was bearing the hell like torment.

Realy 10 km run about 12 minuts? I dont think So dude. Dont lie.
I am new to calisthenics and weight lifting in general, but I am a med student whose anatomy teacher is a monster at weight lifting. He taught us that legs are for endurance. They may look pretty in cbum etc. but they are not designed to lift weight. If all the muscles on your leg were to work at the same time you would simply compress you bones. Not even crushing, there's no time for them to shatter. But most of these muscles are to run, run longer than any animal. We are born to run. Our upper body is where we are meant to pull feats requiring power like throwing a spear, pulling our body up a tree and fighting. lower body gets more benefits from adrenaline than any muscle group, because the muscles that were supposed to endure are used for power as a mean to survive. I am not saying that you should not hit legs. Even my teacher do them and so will I. But we should pay attention to the way our body has evolved. You wouldn't keep a bird from flying, right? You should run as a means of exercise, rather than cardio. I hope this comment gave you a new perspective. I highly recommend watching some videos on slow twitch and high twitch fibers. Also have you seen the calves of runners? Like dayumm.

Dude not every guy has robust upper body with majority of weight up there. I have very weak shoulders and Wrists. I never progress with push ups because it just leads to pain in my wrists and shoulders.

My only problem there is the 10km. I can barely do 3km 3×/week.
I also do this. I started exercising for the first time in my life. It was very painful especially squats. It's hard to even move and stairs are like nightmares, I am still recovering.
I just cant follow 10 km running 😢

What's that saying; "There is always an asian that is better than you." Technically, this is the reverse uno isn't it? So let me explain the main difference on why no matter what workout you do from any enemy you will not see approve immediately. It’s because one is real. One is not in a fantasy world. They can get that very quick and the real world. It takes months and months of dedication timing, and based on your own physical attributes, some people find gaming muscle a lot more easy than others. The same way some others fine being able to run a 10 km a lot easier than trying to lift 120 pounds.

To be fair, in solo leveling he only advances like he did because finishing this training regime earns him stat points. So it's the stat points that makes him strong and not the training itself. That said, it may sounds like nothing but I don't think people understand how hard this challenge actually is.

What do archer squats do bc I have big legs (not muscle but fat) and a lot of people and when I say a lot I mean ALOT like everyone. And I kinda wanna lose leg fat so I don’t look weird bc everyone has small legs so I don’t want people to look at me and say in their mind “why is that boy so fat?” so yh and I know some people will say “well you shouldn’t care what they say” and I don’t. But I have to put up with this everyone day but eventually I Just give up after 2 days working out at home and I’m literally 3 stone over what I should be at my age so I wanna lose fat so people don’t look at me like I’m ugly or stupid because I don’t just wanna die alone with no friends. And that’s it..
