Xin chào Roy :) Lamento mucho saber de tus pocas horas de sueño, te cuanto que también duermo poco, simplemente mi sueño nunca viene a mi me sucede desde mis 15 años, mis horas de sueño son pocas y es cansador hasta ahora que tengo 33 años pero hasta ahora ya se volvió una costumbre, asique puedo entenderte. Me gustaría que tengas más tiempo para dormir y puedas descansar más, espero que tu salud siempre esté bien por favor cuídate y no te saltes las comidas! Y gracias por esforzarte y compartirnos tu día a día en tu vlog lo aprecio, y me gusta mucho verte! Hi Roy. Some interesting insights there. I did a stint of night work and I have to admit it really screwed up my body clock and health regime. I couldn’t relax in the day as I knew I had to go to work later and I would always go to work too early as I couldn’t chill out beforehand. I wouldn’t want to do it again. It made me feel like a walking shell of a person. Please keep yourself healthy. You look tired in this upload. Regards from UK 😉
