I’m with you man, it’s not nearly as awful as people are making it out to be. Probably won’t be coming back to it much but I also appreciated the new direction!

i feel like this album has perfect pacing and atmosphere. particularly love the last two tracks . and the vocals are 10/10. my only negative is the interlude could have been a bit better. it serves its purpose to give you some rest during the album, but maybe some more electronics would have worked well there.

Greal albummmm 🤘🤘🤘

Oceano has never sounded better. The atmospheric/cinematic quality helps differentiate it from previous albums, but they don’t abandon their brutal heavy roots. Admittedly, I’ve slept on just about every album after Depths, but I’ve since gone back and gave them a proper listen .. Oceano absolutely deserves consideration as being deathcore royalty.

Great review! Their last album sounds similar and personally enjoy it more than CTD. But like you said call the devil isn't terrible.

Been listening to Rosenrot for years, definitely my favorite album from Rammstein despite being so overlooked and underrated... Cool video!
