@@choiyie_not really! It’s a certificate directly from the creators of Scrum framework, so all prep was done with the original Scrum Guide. Also, it’s a permanent certificate, so you don’t have to re-do it or pay for it every few years

Hi, I patterned my recipe here -> ruclips.net/user/shortsw9vh6aF-PQY?feature=shared I did not use shaoxing wine and instead of using chicken bones, I used chicken stock + retained chicken feet (I think this is essential for the soup to solidify) 🙂 The only one I measured is the dumpling skin (this made about ~12pcs): 90g All purpose Flour 35g hot water 15g room temp water pinch of salt The rest are approximations. Hope it helps. ☺️
