Thank you for reaching out! When preparing council drawings for submission, it is crucial to follow a comprehensive checklist to ensure compliance with local regulations and expedite approval. Typically, I ensure that each drawing includes: 1. Accurate and detailed site plans, elevations, and sections. 2. Comprehensive design annotations to align with council zoning and building requirements. 3. Compliance with relevant local standards, including building codes and environmental sustainability guidelines. 4. Detailed measurements and material specifications where required. 5. Specific requirements for drainage, water supply, and electrical layouts. These elements form part of the checklist I follow to ensure a smooth submission process and avoid any unnecessary delays. **If you'd like a copy of some of the notes I use as a checklist, feel free to reach out, and I’d be happy to send them to you.
