There will be, 10 or more taller buildings that are still pending being built and still under construction.

I've not had any negative interactions, but also make it a point not to launch from a populated location. I would strongly encourage studying the Pt107 material even if you don't plan on getting the certificate

Thanks! I usually launch from my vehicle and usually from parking lots, but I often use establishing shots starting from low altitudes

Universities tend to be pretty restrictive on who can take off our land on campus, but they have no jurisdiction over their above airspace.

Great choice! I would highly suggest watching one of the FAA pt107 prep courses on RUclips to have a better idea of what you can do with your drone

Both are definitely very strong options, I would recommend you look into your local laws and regulations as a lot of cities allow the mini drones to fly in a larger number of places, and obviously experience will serve you better if you can get more of it with a smaller drone as opposed to a bigger drone that you can't use as much. The camera setting is always an art by itself, I find that shooting in D-Log at 30 FPS is usually the easiest to work with especially given the number of cameras I use for producing videos. As long as you are rendering the same frame rate as you're shooting you shouldn't have a problem, the majority of issues people run into is setting a bit rate too low, for example RUclips allows up to a bit rate of 85,000. If you are only buying one, the mini 4 would probably be a better single option, by the time you get enough usage out of that to want to upgrade there will be even newer and fancier options out without a doubt.
