I love that you spoke on something that some people consider so controversial in such a loving and accepting manner. People are quick to say that maybe dad isn't as important, especially soon after birth, but in the same breath talk badly about dads that are absent from their child's life. I'm in no way excusing absent parents, I'm just saying that we should show love and support for both parents because they both play such a huge role for children. 🩷

I had my first baby one year ago! Followed Emma on insta and bought her flashcard. I gave birth in 5h15, manage pain with the comb, pressure point and TENS machine, no tearing! One thing that also help me : my boyfriend was doing pressure point in my hand and was able to notice when the contraction was going down. He was telling me that the wave was coming down and every time, he was right and it helped me relax my body. Wishing you a smooth birth!
