this mod adds a layer to the game I very much enjoy!

after looking into this issue, I would say it is not necessarily related to NRAAS (I might be wrong here), but it could be a glitch with the game itself. you can try reinstalling NRAAS and loading up that save to see if the sim receives their pension, if they do not I would say it is a glitch within the game or possibly another mod causing the issue (again I am not completely sure, I rarely play with elders unfortunately). hope this helps!

i agree!! the they took ts3 sims and turned everything up to max to make half of them sims and homes! 😭

i would definitely recommend using simler90’s core mod to help with SP, it uses the default EA SP but it fixes a lot of different problems! 🤍

yes🤍 literally i micromanage whenever i play ts2 & it makes sense due to the fact each household runs on “your” time. but yes SP causes lag because it runs in the background as you are playing in the world, each module adds more lag 🥲

it’s good but to me there are many cons to having it installed 🥲

@ i have heard that too, so to combat that i play “rotationally.” i actually have a new video coming out tmr that explains that process, it’s not much but it goes over i how i play my worlds to help combat the “ghost town syndrome” 🤍😊

Of course, I can definitely make a video on how I play rotationally without SP installed! Be warned it is nothing crazy, because I don't micromanage anymore, however, it doesn't stop me! 🤍

yes, see i would definitely recommend simler90’s mod because it helps & runs better! i was definitely influenced into keeping SP in my game because it added elements of gameplay. but after awhile i was like i don’t care about all the extra stuff & i like being shocked & surprised when i go visit other families in the town 😅

i don’t disagree! i believe your statement is valid here, because this was my head space for a long time with SP, I was like I cannot play without it! but i think that’s due to the fact I wanted to micromanage everything that happened in my world 😭 but after awhile I just didn’t “care” per say what was going on with the other sims in town, i wanted to know once i got to their household!

​@@CozyGirlSimmerooh yeah, I can see that! Especially the micromanaging 😅 I think SP is indeed most suitable for those who want to know everything about the town without playing with each family. Of course if you choose rotation gameplay or something similar, you don't really need SP because you yourself become the story progression!

this sometimes happens when you load up the game, the lighting mod won’t immediately tack on when you launch your game! i sometimes deal with this issue as well & typically what i do is ignore it or close my game down and then restart it! 🤍

i would say not as much as other mods, they are rather light on the game & cause no lag from what I have experienced! 🤍

i hope this helps as well, if anything you can always just soft re-install ts3 (by deleting the entire folder out of the documents area) i only do this when i have minor issues i can’t fix! but unless its worlds or houses (that include cc) i always install sims3packs like this!

Go to documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims/ Savedsims folder and delete anything that doesn't end in. sim Also, delete anything that comes up as a DISABLED file instead of a Package File in your mods Folder. Also, delete the Sims index file, then try to launch your game, hope this helps.

hmm that’s a new issue i have never seen before…I have Sims 3 Package Editor installed to help with packages to show up a certain way. There might be a chance that you might have to change the way package files are showing up on your computer (setting them to a different default program), i can see that causing somewhat of an issue! Now when it comes to certain packages not showing up in game, this happens time to time for me as well, however, how i fix it is with TSR workshop, which is a can of worms unfortunately. I do apologize for not having an exact solution :(

hello! is it possible that you have not set your slider max amount limit? basically what I mean by this is that sliders sometimes don’t work due to the fact that by default only 100 sliders are allowed in Create A Sim. I typically set mine pretty high, like 6,000 because that ensures that all my sliders will work! Now sometimes you’ll have sliders that are age or gender restricted, so keep that in mind at times. I would try this solution first to see if that fixes anything.

Reshade can be weird at times, i would recommend switching over to Gshade bc most of the shaders are applied automatically! 🤍

hello! someone had a similar issue but in this case they didn’t have a home key to use. I found a work around for them, I will link that allowed them to manually switch their hot key for reshade! reshade.me/forum/troubleshooting/6781-reshade-how-to-set-up-it-without-home-button I hope this helps!! 🤍
