Happened to me at the worst possible time imaginable. I was on the interstate coming home during rush hour bumper to bumper 3 lanes of traffic. There was accident ahead. I was sitting idle completely surrounded for like a mile. Then the belt snapped and I could not go anywhere. Sad to see that car go. It was my 3rd BMW I had owned. I worked for. Dealership at the time. They inspected and showed me what happened and that I was really f-ed on this one. Ever since my fist E36 the problems only got worse with each new model E30 (My dad's I learned to drive on (5 speed) the autobahn. Then my own E36 (perfect car), E46 then an E90. So after this I was done with BMW. I went to Lexus and Nissan. Lexus coupe and a Nissan Truck. Bros and Women don't walk up and compliment me on my car anymore but; so many less headaches,

13.1 is pretty slow given the fact it’s on MHD jb4 , my stock Volvo s60 t6 did 13.2 consistent, with the mods you have you should be running at least 12.5 or highe 12s

I had the same issue with the ground bolts. So I welded 2 10mm deep sockets together and I leave it in the car now haha

You should get a serpentine cover just for safety on the future if the belt snaps again

Stock S4’s run 12.9-13.1 1/4, tune and pulley will get it into the 11’s

Great runs. I'm assuming Audi s4 is stock. Audi's engine is great to modify. It can make easy hp with just a tune. On paper, I think stock 335 and s4 are similar.

Home Depot has the 10mm 3/8 socket needed for the long ground bolts . They sell for $3.

That's the way to run a BMW. Replace all the gaskets and seals when you get the car. Then charge the oil twice as often than BMW recommends. The old oil oxidizes the seals with the heat.

535i n55 engines don't have this serpentine belt issues where it gets sucked into the motor! lol n55 engines fix lots of n54 issues...

Hey bro. Just had the same problem and they replaced my belt and all my pulley and front main seal. They never cleaned the inside. Taking off my valve cover right now. Figured to clean oil pan when i install my ps2 turbo (already bought it) since the subframe will be off (xdrive lol). Thanks for the vid

A go through socket set with the extension works great, i think mine was 60 bucks and they are weird multi socket that can work with external torx too

I have the same problem with you brother, belt shredded into the engine and it won’t start, I try to turn over the crank shaft with a ratchet it turn but it just like little beat heavy? What do you thing I can do, thank you to hear me

My timing chain guide broke and this gave me good memories fixing it, but my air intake snorkel came off and got chewed up inside the serpentine belt, I might change it and not take the chance as the damage could be far worst
