Instead of the seatpost dropper, I'd invest into a better shifter. If a client wanted to use the dropper in a real life (on curved downhills), he would replace NX very soon any way. As I understood, the client is a kid. It's too early for him to ride at places that really need him to use a dropper. The frame has a hole under a seat that will be full of dirt. Break mount screws must be tied when brakes are in use. Aluminum fork pole must be pained (where it is visible).

Nicely done. Great that it's still made of 853. I have a 2010 Dambala. It was recently put back into service with it's original steel fork as as a bikepacking rig. It rolls okay on hardpack. But single track is where it's happiest.
