Thought of moving to Augusta, but saw that it looked like and reminded me of the Watts area in LA! Augusta is suffering from the down turn it took in the 1970’s when residential area were torn down to make affordable living homes. The people have a limited hold on any kind of culture that would foster growth in education and middle class to upper class people.

In our opinion, If someone has the means to pay a mortgage, it’s always a good decision. 10 years of renting vs 10 years of home ownership is a night and day difference!

HOA’s can 100% be annoying at times! On the other hand, When it is time to sell we often thank HOA’s for keeping home values high.
No thank you. Not worth the constant hassle and extra expense. Eliminates half of potential buyers. How high can property values go up if half the market avoids HOAs?
I understand where you’re coming from! But they keep your home value up by not allowing your home or your neighbors home to turn into a jungle! Your neighbors house can affect your home just as much as their own. I hope that answered your question, thanks so much for watching!❤
