Daintree is one of the most fascinating place I ever have been to, once you cross the Daintree river, it is like travelling back in time to prehistoric times :)

Hi Jeanie, thanks for your kind words. I record the audio at the same time as the camera is rolling, so what you hear is what it truly sounds like at the location. There are some instances where the audio is slightly trimmed, but only if there was some human-induced noise. Therefore, I'm always on the hunt for the most remote locations where there is no need for much audio trimming in the post-production. Unfortunately, these places are hard to come by these days, and that's why I don't post a new video every few days like some other channels. But what you get here is real, Mother Nature in its purest form :) The main purpose of this channel is to bring people as close to natural world as possible. So rest assured that the videos will get better over the years and I already have some very beautiful relaxing videos from very unique places on Earth coming up, so stay tuned :) Best wishes, Viktor.

The video was filmed in Palmerston National Park near Mackay around May 2020 in Australia. I would recommend watching it in 4K if you want to get the best quality.. 🙂 It was near the time of low tide and the water is too far from the camera (I wanted to make sure that I won't have to stop recording when high-tide approaches and the waves get too close to the camera - it happened to me before when filming near the ocean). You might get an impression that the water is not moving, but it truly is a real video filmed at the location. If you jump from 1sec. to 1h, you can see that's when the low tide is and the water is further away from the camera, then if you jump to the end of the video, you'll see that the water is at the same place as at the beginning of the video. If the video would continue for a few more hours, the camera would be near the water if not under it 😁, as it would be around high tide. Thank you for these kind words... 🥰🤗 These videos are for relaxation purposes and I'm glad there are people out there who enjoy watching them. ☺I found another amazing location for 2h long sunrise in Nullarbor in South Australia, but it's been windy most of the time, as it is a very flat and exposed area on seacliffs. Keep your fingers crossed though, this weekend looks promising 🙏.

@@TinyDetail I have ''+20 dB'' option on the mic, it's sort of like high-quality audio gain. In certain situation it can make overall audio sounds clean & crispy :) very handy, as I keep camera pre-amp as low as possible all the time

@@ElysiumNatureFilms Oh that's great. Camera pre-amps can be noisy. But it's great that you don't have to carry an extra audio recorder with you. And also audio and video are synchronized, right? What mic do you use?

@@TinyDetail yeah, I am always looking for options how to reduce weight as much as possible, to make it easier to carry along with me, as I hike a lot. I use Rode Stereo VideoMic X. The audio is automatically synchronised with video, as it is recorded at the same time, which is good, saves time in the post :)

good eye, hehe :) it's a loop. Most of the videos I uploaded so far were originally filmed as 2h 45m long like the 1st video on this channel - the sunrise (that's as long as two batteries last on my camera without interrupting the recording), but I ended up having long videos with frequent human-induced noise (plane every now and then, in some places super loud cars/motorbikes in the distance, etc...). I was trying to trim the audio first, but it was awfully lots of work trying to match audio with video once trimmed. So, in the end, I simply decided to create a loop instead. In the future, I'm planning to film 100+ scenes from the same place (e.g. national park, nature reserve, ...) and trim the audio from the same environment to create attractive visual content with relaxing natural soundscape that goes for at least 2-3 hours. It takes lots of time to film that many scenes and twice as much hiking (climbing or whatever is necessary :D), but it's the best way to bring people as close to nature as possible :) so stay tuned, because the best is yet to come :)
