i wonder why the Chinese never did a remake of this, neither did Taiwanese or Japanese film makers consider this. I guess it is too controversial, especially the ending. Whilst drama such as Boys over flowers keeps being remade in different countries, different versions. I would love a remake of WHIB.... its classic. Its so painfully tragic and beautiful, heartwrenching. Though I don't think anyone can make a better version than this. So JiSub, Ha Jiwon and Jo Insung just are irreplaceable.

11 years ago, and this still the best kdrama for me

I don't know if someone still watch this drama. I became a fan of So Ji Sub lately because I didn't pay much attention to Korean drama. This is the first time, I write a comment for a drama. "Road No.1" touched me so much, not only the deep love story, but also the spirit of Korean soldiers. I could feel how proud they tried to protect people & Korea land. I cried & smiled with Lee Jang Woo (So ji Sub). He is really a great actor, playing well by eyes, showing the strong-mindedness of a captain & a weakness of a man in love. The landscape of the village where the love story is started is so beautiful & peaceful. Thanks to the team who made "Road No.1". All staffs, actors & actresses worked very hard. I surprised that Road No.1 didn't get high rating from Korean audiences & getting awards. I will watch it again.

So sad...So Ji Sub and Ha Ji Won isn’t a pair in real life. He’s married and she’s still single.

I really like Choi Min Soo in this drama.

I delayed watching "What happened in Bali" cause this man always screwed me up. I've drawn in my own tears almost every single drama/movie he'd ever played. And he was the second lead here and the storyline was the saddest. Even though So Ji Sub said, this is one of his most remarkable project. However its an awesome drama. It's hard to find such a great drama with epic storyline nowadays. It's complete opposite of Cinderella stories and the actors are all top notch. Thanks for making a video with his versatile expressions.
